Labour laws at Saudi Arabia

This research is going to clarify what is right to the employee and the employer. Points below are the objectives of the labour laws.

1- protection and economic regulation. In most Western countries, the traditional objective of labour law is to reduce the imbalance of power inherent in the employment relationship.

2- to be a countervailing force to counteract the inequality of bargaining power which is inherent and must be inherent in the employment relationship.

3- economic regulation
