Devise a mission statement for the team. Consider Tuckmanâ€s five stages of group development in building an effective team: Forming, Storming, Norming Performing, and Adjourning. Provide a description of each phase and discuss possible facilitative and potentially obstructive behaviors for teamwork within each of these stages.
