Section One: Identify and discuss the unique cultural characteristics of your EBP target audience. This may be nurses and or staff of diverse backgrounds and experience working together, differences among generational groups and/or educational levels, or stakeholders with unique cultural beliefs and practices.
Section Two: From the ANA Standard 8, Culturally Congruent Practice, choose one competency for the graduate-level prepared registered nurse or one competency listed for the advanced practice registered nurse and discuss how effective communication can be used to address that competency in the implementation design process of your EBP project.
Section Three: From the Processes for Competency Enhancement and Development, (Marion et al., 2016), detail how two of the steps below apply to and can be integrated into your EBP project to establish goals. Create a plan to achieve these goals.
